"Accountancy software company Xero is growing subscribers and revenue strongly, but Morgan Stanley thinks the leverage coming through the business that drives the underlying long-term value is underappreciated by investors. Morgan Stanley raises its price target on Xero by 38% to A$90.00/share and retains an overweight call, even though its EPS forecasts fall by 10%-32% in FY 2020-2022, partly due to less favorable interest rates. Its positive view is underpinned by long-term margin expansion starting around FY 2023, plus a deepening international footprint."
