Agreed, but I suspect Xref is largely unknown and not yet on many people's radar.
That said, there is a lot to like and the client list to date is impressive, even more so when you consider that Xref are starting to integrate their workflow tool into client's existing HR processes .....which means they become tied suppliers and become core to client's processes.
Look forward to hearing about more clients being on-boarded. Any large corporate group with reasonably moderate to high turnover in job functions will love this.
I'm still trying to form a view on how comparable it is to the likes of FLN, 1PG, SEK, RFN etc and how much more the company can offer from an "HR tech" perspective, than its existing offering. Someone mentioned the same concept applying to property rentals and tenants, I can see that working well. At the moment, I am thinking of this as a well marketed product that takes real-life hassle and pain away from a hiring process, more than anything particularly new in terms of technology. I would think others could replicate the model, so I think the integration and quality of the report(s) you get back on candidates would be the differentiator.
To that end, I wonder is anyone has real life experience of using the platform?
Certainly interesting. No sign of core investors offloading post capital raising, so tightly held for now.
