Why the multiplying slips that cannot be eliminated? it is simple. Misunderstandings that caused the first part of the project were probally true for the rest so all the schedule is suspect.


Errors are probably uniform across project. Some times there are one time events that cause problems. Most people just say oh it was a single event that cause d slip and every thing will be fine. If you truly think this is true then it should bear up under intense investigation.

Supper easy to say permitting is a onetime event and rest of project will go fine. Detailed analysis will show something was badly wrong in understanding the challenges. JMO it is probably communications problems between Texas and AU. If true these are hard to fix quickly. The biggest indicator of this is how AL keeps saying it will be solved next Q i think she has said this at least 3 times. it is a long chain form regulators to AL and somewhere it is broken badly.
When the lamp was stuck early in AL tenor she moved there for a couple of years. When the Tesla model 3 was stuck and kept slipping Elon had a tent and bed set up on factory floor for him and stayed there till problems were fixed. Not saying AL needs to go to Texas. Some one high up in company does have to go with ALs full support. Stay there till project is going well that is probably at least a year. Some one who does not care who is to blame only fixing problems. Yes that means a few may need to be dismissed to fix the problem. Not to punish people for their mistakes. A tue sign of a good manger is they fire people to prevent future problems. Never to punish or set an example.
