Taiwan would be the most logical 1st move by the Communists. But i cant see China winning a conflict of any scale. A regional war would destroy the CCP. China is surrounded and disliked by all its neighbours. It would have to contend with India, Japan, the US Pacific fleet, perhaps Russia, and the SE Asian countries are no fans of China either.
Full scale conventional war would see them devastated. An EMP would send them back to the stone age. A nuke war would obliterate everyone, except the elite in their bunkers.
War would be a very silly move for the CCP. However, if they were to make such a mistake the result of a Democratic China would be WONDERFUL!
