100% Pika and with JS being incentivised up to 50c, and the contacts to make that happen once the ML, BFS, Offtakes etc occur very soon, IF a T/O offer did come, it would have to be $1 plus minimum.
And that would probably only get the ball rolling for others to come and play ball.

Either way, we will all win whether we accept an early T/O offer or we go to mine. Personally I dont care which way this plays out.

All I know is my now 11 years of loyalty and accumalation is about to make me a very, very happy man.
