Rivero. You will recall that Ray James has organized funding from Chinese interests to the tune of over $40 million. He negotiated that Option deal with Beach for another $18 million. He bought that office building when property prices were taking a dive and is now at least $4 million in front. He has done several deals over the years and plays hard ball.
The price of oil smashed all of those deals. Ray James can do deals. The prevailing climate is what's causing all the problems. But, the price of oil is creeping up and so is the demand for gas.
I've said it before that this could be Ray James's last throw of the dice. and he knows it. Don't underestimate Ray James. I'm happy to see how he goes.
