The good rise in the oil price must be making people more relaxed and that could be just the help that RJ needs. But, it IS very tough going for everybody. The Fed and S.A. State governments are throwing a bit of cash around that I view with some scepticism, but, it would be a start to at least getting Stage 2 done and THAT would most certainly be a huge catalyst to potential funders.
It's just a vicious circle at the moment. People (countries, including Australia) screaming out for gas but not putting up the cash to have it extracted, while those that have got it in the ground are screaming out for cash to extract it. For mine, those needing it will have to make the first move eventually.
This is great timing for potential producers as, for once in a long time, they seem to have to whip handle. I'm happy to watch how it unfolds, but, not with blind optimism.

Although low volumes, I believe that this is the first time that we've had Buyer .03 since ICN assumed 100% of APT855 late March 2017.
