    Pete11..... an offer made by a company for another companies assets as in a T/O situation is based on that companies asset valuation not its current share price as a share price can be easily manipulated and doesn't present a companies true value .... an independent valuation must be sought and in NKP's case 60c-70c would be cheap given their resourse and current capex....
