I was searching for any decision in WA regarding Bullzeye and came across this decision of Justice Solomon dated 28 April 2023, in which he refuses the application on Xinhe to re=open its case after the hearing has finished, but before judgment.
You will note that the proceeding ran for 74 days, and the transcript occupies 8,000 pages (see paras 1 & 47). The application material filed in support amounted to over 700 pages (see para.3).
When you consider the current ownership of the Defendant, one must ask quo vadis? The decision of Justice Solomon is only delayed by the further submissions of the Plaintiff and then the likely reply by the Defendant. Don't hold your breath for a decision any time soon...
PS I note his Honour's comment at para. 55, "I also note that Xinhe has issued two further sets of proceedings,now consolidated into COR 159 of 2022." That will hopefully reduce the costs and expedite the resolution of the other claims.
