XIP merger - Really Good or Really Bad?

    I just received a phone call, supposedly from XIP, exhorting me to vote to accept the proposed merger. I also received a Scheme Booklet that is as thick as a phone book

    Does anyone have any information on whether this proposal is good or bad for shareholders?

    I am surprised that here is no comment on Hot Copper
