    Can I ask how you know they have integration issues? ( not being smart. Genuinely curious) . I don't for a second disagree with paying to much for the other companies. But I can't see where the integration issue is visible. Drop in dividend caused a share price drop and over payment for the companies as well as a struggle to consolidate. I think at the the end of q1 the picture will be whole lot cleared.
