Just has to post this one as its the perfect example.
Take a look at Bendigo Gold from Febuary to May this year (zoom up for like 5yrs).
That is the perfect example of a "lost motion rally", exactly the same as what the Dow is doing now and the XJO to some extent.
The Dow's lost motion rally is extremely serve now, XJO is not a issue, but you see in both cases the nature of the lost motion rally on BDG VS the DOW and XJO is of the same nature.
You also see the extreme weakness that will follow when all of these cycles turn down together.
How long will the lost motion rally on the Dow last? I can't say as I havn't taken the time to pull out all of its cycles to know, but is it a lost motion rally? Definatly.
