Could someone please explain this... (this isn't a climate change question)
How are the forecasts for the electrification of the planet going to be met when the prices of minerals used in batteries is expected to continue to explode which will surely add to the price of EV's and batteries and subsequently reduce demand?
What about the forecasts of extreme shortage of raw materials (note: we only need one mineral not to be able to keep up with demand) which will cause many giga-factories to lie dormant or run at half rat power and become loss making enterprises which will disrupt the entire industry?
Where's the money coming from?
