    Major western nations already pushing higher. That isn't good for short term interest rates.

    Germany negative interest for years. Finally looking to be pushing up. Their citizens are savers so not as big a problem with debts.

    India is likely to take over from China as the leader in industry going forward. So many companies have already moved out of China and looking for new homes. Look at the India stock market.

    Greece only has 10y.. they already had recent collapses and don't want the same again.
