I know what you guys mean, having the liquidity to move in and out of positions is also a very pertinent factor and direct registration seems to signifigantly slow that.
Ideally you would want to have chosen positions you never have to sell but occasionally conditions occur which do require immediate action.
I've been looking at Swissquote, has anyone used them or any of the other swiss brokers?
Not sure what I should be looking at to see what broker has a lower nominee risk in the event of a financial collapse as market cap alone does not indicate they're "good", that market cap could be pumped up with paper gains.
