"The crash written about for 2015 / 16 didn't occur"
Lets call a spade a spade my esteemed friend. James Rickards was wrong. Wrong!
There was no deep recession and there was no deep market correction in 2015/2016.
He is one of those doom and gloomers who specialise in predicting 50 out of the last 3 recessions.
I sincerely hope that nobody took him at his word and stayed out of the market because they would have missed out on an once-in-a-lifetime, generational opportunity to improve their financial position.
The Total Return on the SP500 has been 180% since the 2016 non-recession, not even Covid or the 2022 bear marked have seriously dinted this performance.
