Imagine those poor Souls who fall for the oldest Trick that Wall Street plays - Dollar Cost Averaging, or buying Tops and averaging Losers. Particularly of underperforming Index Funds.
Dollar Cost Averaging is the worst Trick Wall Street plays on the naive Investor. Gotta keep a steady stream of Suckers buying Tops or averaging Losers, right.
