I agree - you can't pick them easily. What is happening in the markets is sideways if looking at the A200. Sideways usually mean a big move is about to occur. Based upon the global situation, I believe this is going to be down and fairly significantly.
I have been reading on X as news is very slow in coming through from other mediums.
- US is still trying to delay the offensive by Israel but that its wearing thin
- An attack by Hezbollah is going to be seen as an attack by Iran and consequences will follow - wipe out the Ayatollah's from the face of the earth.
I agree. This has been planned since Putin met with Xi many months ago and it was overheard that Xi was suggesting that the old is gone and they are the new. The problem with Xi is a Hitler power struggle. The Russia isn't the strong type of Communism like China. As such I think another leader will try to take over Russia when this has started to play out.
The oil is going to be the weapon for how the conflict is won. I agree with what you have reported and thank you for the information on the stockpiles etc. Put this alongside the Marine Diesel stockpiles a few months ago, then it becomes clearer. China moved ships to the ME area also. They are not going to take a backseat in this conflict.
Escalation over the whole area is only a matter of time. There might be some up days, but overall, I cannot see a reasonable outcome. Also, sentiment is starting to go against the intensity of the retaliatory attacks by Israel. They might not get what they want in the end.
