Never a problem contacting someone if they were home. Power outages? No problem the system was designed to circumvent that. Too bad we dont have that built in redundancy now with wireless networks.
Anyone else with Optus ? Well too ####ing bad if you wanna log into your broker platform as they have this frigging 2 Factor Authentication, and with no mobile functionality you cant get calls or sms to log in. I told these idiots at Stake I dont want it and they force it onto you! I left Superhero for the exact reason, thy refused to let me opt out of 2FA.
All my banks let me log on without 2FA, not one account has ever been hacked. So why do these brokers all jerk themselves off with this faddy technology?
This is one reason why I think mental illness so prevalent today. Technology is so frustrating and cause so many problems when it goes wrong, it literally drive people insane. And Im no technophobe, I have quals in InfoTech and and Computer Engineering.
Bring on AI. Im sure our lives will be so much better when a security camera mis recognises your face print, or forensics software mis identifies your finger print, and the cops are knocking on your front door. Time to emigrate to Guatemala or Cuba. (AAU is a beauty
