Is the US about to attack Iran?

Overnight, the US has effectively ended the war in Ukraine by cutting weapons funding to Ukraine. Also, the US congress has just given approval to Biden to Invade Iran if the war in the ME expands. Meanwhile, Putin has just signed a new law that removes Russia from the nuclear test ban treaty and allows Russia to supply Iran with missiles and missile technology without UN approval. It is also being reported that "Iran Proxies" have just attacked US bases in Syria and Iraq with 59 casualties and this is the 55th attack on US bases in the region. During Xi Jinping's visit to the US, Biden and Xi agreed that "the world is big enough for both of us to be super powers, so let's agree to avoid military conflict". (See here.) (That sounds like "don't worry about the war, we won't be attacking China?)
