Nick Scali Limited (ASX:NCK) advises that Managing Director and CEO Anthony Scali has sold (about half his holdings)
4,600,000 shares in the Company by way of a fully underwritten block trade. Still remains the largest SH(about 7%)
In 2012 revenue 118m earnings 10m profit 8.6%
2023 507m 100m 19.9% ROE 56% divi yeild 6.5%
PE 9.3x so "mr market" not so optimistic ?
DCF valuation fair value $19.89
Looks like buying at the lows today ?
