Off topic, but browsing the news headlines, I noticed that the world greatest democracy just executed a guy with nitrogen gas, as a new experimental method, after his first execution failed a year ago. I don't know. But even barbaric religious laws are compassionate enough to prohibit executing someone for the second time, if he gets lucky the first time. I am glad we have abolished capital punishment in Australia, which does nothing to prevent crime, and we certainly have a much safer society than US. According to wiki, Queensland was the first Australian state to abolish death penalty in 1922. It's interesting that a century later, the world greatest democracy is still struggling.
