Yes, I totally agree but not in China alone. The whole system is based upon where is the next place, we can get goods / materials at the cheapest price, the lowest personal safety and highest environmental damage. Many people suffer for our daily fulfilment.
How do we fix the system? Westerners lower their standard of living? Pay a fair price for the goods we use?
The problem, which is very overlooked, is the excess population in the world. The WEF has seen it, and directing ways by which population can be reduced as per their plan (I think it was determined that a maximum population of 500 million).
Another alternative is the Musk plan of grabbing a single asteroid. The worth of one of those is probably more than we have ever produced. Ah.. but wouldn't that destabilise the 'wealth' of people and decimate that system? What are the chances of this being completed?
