Good 'ol Victor Herero (sic), the CEO who pays himself 30M p.a. LOV strictly a trading stock for me, would not invest.

So...just got around to watching this George Gammon video someone kindly posted a month ago (Youtube Id Glw7WaEtLTs ) and in the last half he talks about the German Housing market. So whats happened? We know Germany has been in a mild (-0.1%) rcession since Q3 2023.



But the housing market started to crash in 2022. So this is an example of the housing market leading the stock market, because sure as eggs, one follows the other.

The German housing market, like Australia, has been overpriced for decades, and there is a shortage of supply. That didnt prop up the resi market once the confidence left it, and same thing will happen here. Just a ticking time bomb waiting to happn, imo.



PS re house we are selling. We got a contract in under one month well above our asking price...lol. Market is insane at the moment, great time to be selling imo.

Old mate Bogan Indicator is back to working 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. Either times are tough financially, or hes got new drug fines to pay, or maybe another Commo to buy. (cos 4 isnt enough)
