Nah, was a rello's house, so Im still stuck with numnuts. Blockout screening going up along the fenceline soon though when day temps allow.
Ive been slow to get on with things becuase as you say its out of the frying pan into the fire as far as renting goes, and all of the coastal locales I like are out of the question to buy in due to the insane prices there. Perhaps I should just pop down to Broken Hill for a local special, cant go wrong buying at those prices? Not much else to do there either except day trade I'd say.
