"FDIC Says ‘Problem Bank List’ Grew By 8 Lenders Last Quarter
The FDIC said on Thursday that its confidential “Problem Bank List” now included 1.1% of the institutions it oversees, and that total assets held by those firms increased by $12.8 billion last quarter to $66.3 billion."
Happy to see that the US banking system is going from strength to strength. As Powell said yesterday banking system is strong just as another bank went down. Funny not sure the ink was even dry on Powell's speech? Good news though, he thinks a soft landing is possible and as the Fed's good track record suggests I take it this means we going to bypass the recession and go straight to depression?
P.S. I just glad the US banking system is so strong and was fixed last year, oh wait....
