Torsten Sløk's Apollo piece "The Fed Will Not Cut Rates in 2024" signals to me the trend in markets will continue to go up. Only when rates are cut will we see any significant retrace. And why would the Fed cut when we're told the growth in the US economy is strong. Another key factor is it's an election year, so no significant retrace unless the Biden admin want to destroy their chances of reelection.
