I have a question for you AlCp. If rates are cut as you predict, and the economy and the market continues to do well, as you predict, will inflation go up or down?
Lets assume inflation goes up because people will have more money to spend. Won't the fed decision to cut rates be seen as a bad decision and wont the fed then be forced to hike rates aggressively to avoid a repeat of the 80s inflation nightmare?
I would be interested to hear your take on this and how you think this will playout?
