Mr Powell’s prepared remarks reinforce those he’s made following the March meeting. They also suggest that the Fed is unlikely to reduce rates at their next gathering taking place April 30 to May 1.

.... so June rate cut??

If u look at the fed fund futures Jun probabilities are close for either a cut or hold. Atm Jul has better probabilities for a cut.
