I just read a headline saying that interest rates are likely to start elevated going forward. The period of 2% loans is over.

This is the same as another video I watched saying that the norm is actually around 8%.

It has been the low interest rates which have created the bubbles and keeping these at the higher level will make it difficult for the majority to make money in the future.
