If Fed chair Judas Powell comes out and mentions anything about a rate hike the markets will tank significantly. I bet he just sits on the fence and says he needs more data. They definitely want to drop rates and prop markets and inflate even more but will need a crisis (perhaps manufactured) to get it done.
