    There is a shortage of USD in the system. This is highly likely going to lead to a deep recession occurring whether the CBs like it or not.

    And if China is dumping treasuries, they are not going to be buyers and the auctions will go unfilled going forward leading to higher rates which the Fed cannot ignore.
