• If World Economy is hot, it’s a bad thing for global liquidity as money will be sucked out of financial markets. We want a sluggish economy that central bankers want to stimulate. World economy is currently flat lining and policy makers want to ease
• Bitcoin is an early feeder of liquidity
• Powell/Yellen manipulating/distorting the bond market
• Two major risks for financial markets:

1. Inflation shock associated with high oil prices historically – unlikely at this stage
2. In last 25-30yrs all financial crisis have been refinancing crisis in other words the inability to rollover debt – watch regional bank reserves
