    RE has many dimensions.
    Locality ,Homes and Units.,commercial..
    2019 buyers of 2 brm units off the plan in Ryde are now well underwater..on their purchase price..
    In the USA Commercial RE is underwater weighing down the RE Etf. IYR
    Failing at the 200week sma is not a good look for this sector..
