Here is more evidence (besides the sound analysis and video) that shows a sniper was very likely located on the water tower. Below is the ABC's layout of the scene when Trump was shot. (See here.) Crooks' position is shown on the left. He could have easily have hit Trump and bystanders Bleacher 1 & 2. But, Bleacher 3 is way too far to the right of his aim to get hit. However, Bleacher 3 is exactly in the line of sight of a sniper located on the tower and aiming at Trump. The local Police claim that they were briefed by the fed secret service one month before the event. They claim they followed the fed SS instructions to the letter - which did not include locating security on the roof or at the water tower. Why, when it is very obvious they are perfect sniper positions?
