Lots of economies are going through a crackup business cycle, weak private sectors are offset by government spending, this will continue and keep things elevated/afloat increasing the bubble and the markets should start entering the parabolic stage in Aug & Sept. The markets are at cliff stage, people are fearing a crash but won't happen as usual.
