    With unemployment low, any drop will be muted.

    Regarding our house prices, whilst the government maintains high immigration it will provide support/demand to house prices. This has been the case since borders re-opened in 2022.

    But if unemployment rises, then immigration needs to fall, and house prices will fall on lower demand.
