The risks haven't disappeared.. unless those blinkers are firmly glued in place.
The rate rise is coming tonight. Will Powell stick to his now expected .25 increase or raise by .50 in a surprise move (unlikely but would be a shock to the markets).
Either way, it's going to impact the markets. Maybe a push last night by instos prior to the fall tonight.
