    Sorry, that should read . . .

    "Going forward, this predicts a 1 week dip until Sept 1, then a strong Sept rally with the top happening on Sept 30. The election is one month later on Nov 5 (red vert. line).

    It should also be noted, that 2007 was not an election year.
