When they started raising rates, they started with 0.25% raise (the market almost laugh at that with inflation almost 10%) then .5% raises if I remember correctly. The initial one will be small then larger cuts after but even they may do .5% stating labor market is starting coming into line for our policies that is fine also. They have things under control.
