Remember a strong economy means no need for rate cuts. You can't justify one without the other... oh.. but inflation is now under control... lol
A drop in sales but our YT real estate mates have shown inventories increasing... I think the house prices had declined the other day too. If you add that all up, it leads to an outcome that the property crash is about to accelerate.
