No that's not correct they went into recession already didn't they? Now are heading back into recession again? If truth be told they been in recession the whole time but being able to "adjust" your numbers so you can say for example 0 percent growth helps? Until of course like now it reaches the point where we are so broken we just collapse. Good luck.
