Don't worry. The economy to come will fix housing unaffordability. Just look at what's occurring in the US.

The problems once the price of housing falls; do you have a job or have you got cash in the bank to buy one. Affordability issue once again.

Let's hope the loan to value ratio doesn't force people out of their houses. WEF prediction might come true. You will own nothing and be (un)happy...
