BREAKING: Super Micro Computer stock, $SMCI, has now been halted 3 TIMES and is down 13%. This comes just minutes after the US Justice Department announced a probe into the company. $SMCI recently delayed their 10-K filing for FY2024. The company said additional time is needed "to complete assessment of its internal controls over financial reporting." Concerning to say the least.


In short many bears for quite sometime have been warning that the "numbers" around AI weren't adding up, even going as far as accusing Nvidia of double accounting. Now it seems that maybe they don't? Anyway I am sure there is nothing to worry about I mean as bulls say everything from company forecasts to Government numbers is all above board. Missing 1 million jobs could happen to anyone.
