I think we are already seeing investors demanding more yeild with the US 10 Year & 30 Year breaking through the 4.5 & 5 % barriers last week.
Economic indicators still not showing the State of main st, have noticed many more "For lease" signs that are starting to turn up in shopping centers & surburban retail strips. Received a note from someone looking for a job some weeks ago, with a reply from a state govt agency stating they received over 1400 applications for a single vacancy. Are we drifting towards a worldwide recession ?
