There was supposed to be a property market crash, recession and a stock market crash worst than 1987 happening in 2024. Not necessarily in that order. Whoops, didn’t happen. Let’s make it 2025. Well there’s still circa 6 months left in the calendar year, who knows, old mate might get lucky. In all fairness, it’s probably been more like 15 months old mate has been wrong.
