    You are probably wrong in your thinking, tariffs don't matter anymore, it's gov deficit spending. April low had a lot to do about tariffs but it was more to do with Trump abandoning cutting government spending, Tariff news means nothing to the markets anymore, they want to see government spending which they are seeing.
