Translation - "this time is different" hahaha. Greed always ends the same way bud. People are deluding themselves (greed does that). Every argument you have for the "this time is different" is the same arguments I have heard first hand in the last 3 or 4 crashes. And that's my point we have tried all that BS before.
This "inflate to infinity" idea is not new and it never works, if it did then we would never have crashed in the past. The reality is eventually everything breaks and we just crash. That's the point we have reached again. You ever heard the expression "cash is king"? When markets and property crash you will find out how valuable cash (currency) is.
Like water in a desert so to speak hehehe. Its not valuable when everyone has it but when we see markets crash 50 - 70 percent and housing do something similar and most are on their knees, then as the saying goes "cash is king". It will be a once in a generational buying opportunity in both stocks and housing. Good luck bud.
