    Dont you think it is tad early to blame "Boeing" for the crash of the Dreamliner (1st crash ever this is not the Boeing 767 max which was grounded after 2 fatal crashes with the design ) ? Could it be that there was human error involved like the flaps (which changes the configuration of the wing for take off) was not in the right position ?
