Japan scraps US meeting after Washington demands more defense spending -FT

WASHINGTON, June 20 (Reuters) - Japan has canceled a regular high-level meeting with its key ally the United States after the Trump administration demanded it spend more on defense, the Financial Times reported on Friday.


Seems like trade talks are going well again? Amazing these were supposed to all be done and dusted weeks/months ago, all 200 of them wasn't it? hahaha. What is really interesting is how we suddenly have "war" pop up whenever it seems people might finally be realizing how bad things really are?

As much BS as we have to listen to each day from retail bulls/"covid traders" who have in "real terms" just left home claiming we bears are just "doomers", can anyone find anything bullish that justifies buying equities in the most over extended market in history?

Of course you can't only a fool buys in at these extremes. Well or a gambler and as the saying goes the "house always wins". Still it won't stop fools drinking the Kool-Aid with a penny stock or two as a portfolio (usually way in the red) telling us they know better and "this time is different" .

P.S. Good luck all but it really does feels like we are entering the "pump and dump" stage of this market cycle. Meaning markets seem to be running more and more on fumes alone so be careful. While they can still push higher there is nothing really holding them up anymore except the "Kool-Aid":
